About Cowley Studios

Who we are

Cowley Studios...

Was formed in 2004 when Gregory Cowley decided to make the move from editorial photography to commercial studio photography. Cowley Studios has been set up as a portrait studio representing the work of Gregory Cowley to serve parents, families and new couples in the Bay Area and abroad.

Cowley Studios caters to both location and studio photography. While we've set up an incredible studio environment, we also have a long track record and passion for photojournalism and locations-Both indoor and out. Our love for natural light is illustrated through years of world travel and editorial.

The studio sees a lot of traffic for family portrait photography and commercial photography alike. It is also the location for the More Than a Model series of classes for children 7 to 17. The studio is situated in the American Industrial Center in the area known as Dogpatch on the edge of Portrero hill. It is a modern fully equipped space with high ceiling and dramatic views from its tall windows.

We love to travel so ask us about coming to your area.
